We want your experience with Stitch Canvas to be smooth and transparent. Please read our return policy carefully before initiating a return.

Return Window


Return requests must be initiated within 3 days of delivery.

Requests raised after this period will not be accepted.

Eligibility for Returns


Items are eligible for return only if they meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unused, unwashed, and unworn
  • In original condition with all tags intact
  • Returned in original packaging
Items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items


The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products purchased during sale or clearance (if applicable)

  • Innerwear or hygiene-sensitive items (if applicable)

How to Request a Return


  1. Email us at hello@stitchcanvas.in within 3 days of delivery

  2. Mention your Order ID and reason for return

  3. Our team will share return instructions after approval

Return shipments must follow the instructions shared by our support team.

Refunds


  1. Refunds are processed after the returned item passes quality inspection
  2. Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method
  3. Refunds are typically processed within 7 business days after inspection
