Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped
  • To cancel an order, email us at hello@stitchcanvas.in with your Order ID
  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

  • If an order is cancelled before shipment, a full refund will be initiated
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method
  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days

Refunds After Return

  • Refunds for returned items are processed only after quality inspection
  • If the return meets eligibility criteria, the refund will be initiated
  • If the return fails inspection, the item will be sent back to the customer

Important Notes

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

  • Refund timelines may vary depending on banks or payment providers
